❥ TheAngorabunnie's rules & TOS for commissions:Please read this carefully - By purchasing my art services, you as the commissioner automatically agree to the following conditions:∘ All payment is taken in USD via VGen or Ko-fi. I take payment upfront.∘ If you share or use your finished commission on social media, you must give credit to me on the post / in your description or bio via my name @TheAngorabunnie∘ I do not give refunds unless the commissioner hasn't been given their art after four months.∘ Refunds are also not available with finished commissions, especially not surprise design if the commissioner did not like the finished product. Surprise commissions are supposed to be surprises, after all.∘ I reserve the right to decline any commissioner for any reason without question. This includes commissioners who haven't read these terms as well. I also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to harassment, aggressive or abusive behaviour.∘ My designs can be gifted or traded to other people but they cannot be sold to someone over their original value, meaning that the commissioner cannot sell an art piece from me above its original price; For example a design commission cost 35$, so it cannot be sold for 40$.∘ Commissioners do not have the right to sell/mint their commission into an NFT.∘ Commissioners do not have the right to use my art/their commission for or as AI art.∘ Commissioners do not have the right to use their commission for any external projects, commercial or noncommercial.∘ By commissioning me, the client are purchasing my service as an artist and designer. I retain all copyrights over my work, which means, I’m allowed to post the art on my social media and portfolios, which include but are not limited to the right to reproduce, redistribute or use the art as a sample for self promotion/sales/similar.∘ However, should the commissioner request their art not to be shown on my social media, that will be respected; As long as you tell me before I start the commission.- - - - -୨୧ - - - - -❥ Commission types and prices:∘ Surprise design ♡ 35$
A surprise design is exactly what it sounds like, the end result will be total surprise to you! You will not be shown any WIPs for this design.∘ However, when you order a surprise design you can still tell me if you want something specific with the design: Gender, a certain aesthetic, if you want me to gijinka/humanize something like a specific pokémon, flower, etc.♡∘ Standard design ♡ 35$ + potential additional fees
A standard design is where you tell me exactly what you want for the design - All from hairstyles, color palette, aesthetics, etc.∘ For this type of design you will be shown sketch WIPS when I begin working on it after we've discussed what you want for the commission.
An additional fee can however be added to the commission if you start requesting changes that we hadn't discussed prior.♡∘ Fashion design ♡ 35$ + potential additional fees
A fashion design is where I make a new outfit and if wanted, hairstyle for an existing OC of yours; The base price is still 35$ for this as I'm still drawing a full body.∘ For this type of design you will be shown sketch WIPS when I begin working on it after we've discussed what you want for the commission.
An additional fee can however be added to the commission if you start requesting changes that we hadn't discussed prior.♡∘ Chibi icon ♡ 25$ + potential additional fees
I will draw you a stylized chibi icon - This can be of your character, yourself, a partner or anything similar! No WIPs will be given for a chibi icon since they are usually made in one go.
∘ For this type of commission you need to have a character or figure ready for me to base the chibi off of it, I do not design chibi characters from scratch.♡
∘ Emojis ♡ 25$ for a set of five + potential additional fees
I can draw five emojis that you can use for your servers, streams or similar - This can be of your character, yourself, a partner or anything similar!
∘ For this type of commission you need to have a character or figure ready for me to base the emojis on.
Also, an additional fee can be added to the commission if you start requesting changes that we hadn't discussed prior.♡Please understand that it can take me a week or two to start on your commission, if not longer depending on my commission que or if any IRL activities are keeping me busy, thank you for understanding!
